Hello Kitty, the cute and cuddly (and very pink) cartoon design that is adored by little girls all around the world is now being used by Thai police to punish those police officers that get out of hand. Those who speak aggressively to civilians or commit minor violations will be forced to wear the bright pink Hello Kitty armbands as punishment. How cute.
