Why don't people in Miami take a lot of photos?

I've been searching for original photos of events around Miami, so I could use them for stories that I'm bloggin about in and around Miami. But to no avail...what's up Miami? Maybe the gorgeous ocean, sun and sand just makes you spend less time on your computers and more time enjoying life.
