Carol Channing's famous diamond studded dress that she wore in Gentleman Prefer Blondes has been stolen after she checked into a hotel in Los Angeles. The dress was on its way to the Smithsonian museum for an exhibit along with her Tony award for "Hello Dolly." Video cameras capured the man who stole the dress. Representatives say they don't want the thief, just the dress.
