Oscar winner Jennifer Hudson has accepted a role in the new Sex in the City movie as Carrie Bradshaw's assistant. The former American Idol star won an Oscar for her supporting role in Dream Girls and is working on a new album.
The former "American Idol" contestant is also in the studio working on her debut album for Arista Records, due for release in the first quarter of 2008.Source: news.yahoo.com
