Are Beverages Making You Fat?

Clearly the more calories you consume, the more you'll pack on the pounds. But many of us don't "consider" drinks, like juice and ice tea something to think about when we're adding up calories. [I think it's a liquid is not a food mental thing.] Some tips to make sure you're calculating the calories in your beverage properly? Make sure to calculate not just serving size, but the entire beverage. Also, think about this. If you cut 500 calories from your diet a day, you'll loose a pound a week.

# Starbucks Mocha Frappuccino:

o Tall (12 oz.) = 200 calories

o Grande (16 oz.) = 260 calories

o Venti (24 oz.) = 380 calories
