He's your tiny "Dancer", on his way to the Guinness Book of World Records

What's 4 inches tall and weighs only 18 ounces?
Well, it's the world's smallest dog, tiny Dancer, of course. The long-haired Chihuahua is a rust-coloured bundle of joy that might take the title of the world's smallest dog after he turns 1. The last smallest dog -- measured by height-- was Danka Kordak of Slovakia, which stood only 5.4 inches. I bet you there are other chihuahua's out there that are even smaller.

Meet tiny Dancer, a rust-colored, long-haired Chihuahua that may just be the world's smallest dog, weighing 18 ounces and standing not much more than 4 inches tall.
