Anna Nicole Smith's will was released today to the public. In the 2001 document, Vickie Lynn Marshall states that her estate go to her only child, Daniel Wayne Smith and that Howard K Stern is to execute her will. It didn't say where the former reality star wanted to be buried. Stern wants to her to buried beside her son in the Bahamas, but her mother is requesting that she be buried in Texas. Currently her body is being held in Florida until further decisions are made to DNA testing.

no certain father, and lost her son Daniel, at 20, to an accidental
overdose of methadone and anti-depressants. Five months later she was
dead herself, of causes still unknown, after collapsing in her hotel
room at an Indian casino in Hollywood, Florida. She was far from the
real Hollywood; yet not so far, in her young, lonely death, from the
great name she had most longed to be."
Smith was the widow of Texas oil tycoon J. Howard Marshall II, whom she married in 1994 when he was 89 and she was 26. She had been fighting his family over his fortune since his death in 1995.
