Talk about "Harajuku Lovers" mayhem. Gwen Stefani is suing Forever 21 for ripping off her cute red, white and black heart designs. The only difference between the designs on Forever 21's bags, clothing and accessories is that the wording is different. Theirs says "Forever Love instead of Gwen's "Forever Love."
The complaint cites Harajuku's trademark red, white, and black hearts and heart-box designs have begun to appear in nearly identical red, white, and black prints on Forever 21 clothing, handbags, and accessories.Source: fabsugar.com
