Storm sweeps Bangladesh; one dead, 500 injured

One child was killed and over 500 people were injured when a powerful storm hit Bangladesh. The 50 mph wind storms swept heavy rains through-out many cities, uprooted power, telephone poles and damaged crops.

Annual monsoon rains have eased over the past two days, but the country's major rivers Padma and Brahmaputra were rising, raising fears of widespread flooding.
